Our office is located on Route 1 North adjacent to WSFS bank and opposite WAWA. Most of our patients are referred to us by other physicians. We do not do primary care. We accept patients older than 16 years of age. Our doctors are on staff at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes, DE

Monday to Thursday to 8 am to 4 pm
Friday 8am to 2pm
Closed on Saturday and Sunday

What to bring for your appointment:
- Insurance cards
- Referral (if required)
- Any required co-payments
- List of all prescription and non prescription medications (if you do not have an updated list then bring medicine bottles)
- Pertinent medical and surgical history information
- Any X-rays (films) and labs done outside Beebe Medical Center
Patients who see Dr Singh for DM should bring blood sugar logs and blood glucose meter for their each visit
Patients who see Dr. Batra for sleep apnea should bring data card/smart card from their CPAP/BiPAP machines (if available) for their each visit
Prescription Refills:
All prescriptions are refilled electronically. If a prescription refill is needed please ask your pharmacy to send us an electronic request. Effort is made to refill all prescriptions within 48 hrs.
